2 tbls cacoa powder
1 tbls flax seed
1 frozen banana
2 frozen strawberry
1 handful frozen blueberries
1 handful of ice
Combine all the ingredient above in a blender and blend for about 30 seconds.
I was a bit hesitant about adding chocolate powder and berries to my normal combination of banana and peanut butter, but I can officially say that the risk was worth it. The berries brought out the sweetness in the smoothie and the chocolate powder made the taste fuller; plus, each adds some extra health benefits.
